Registration Instructions For CE, Pre-License, and Broker Courses

To register for any class or course take these three simple steps:
    1. Read our registration policies below
    2. Select a payment method for the course or class you wish to take
    3. Fill out and submit your application by fax, phone, mail, online, or in person

Registration Policies

Attendance Regulations

Arkansas requires 100% attendance in order to receive a continuing education certificate. You must report to class on time and attend all of the scheduled class. If you satisfy your attendance requirements, you will either be given the certificate of completion at the end of the final class period, or it will be mailed to you within ten (10) business days of the course completion. All continuing education classes shall meet from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. each day with 1 hour off for lunch unless otherwise noted on the class schedule. Students should allow enough time in travel to allow for final registration at the door not later than 15 minutes prior to class time as classes will begin on schedule.

Registration Deadline
Deadline for registration and payment received shall be 5 days prior to the desired class date. Thereafter, registration will be based on seating availability, with the fee to increase to $70.00 per course.

Refund Policy
Any student who cancels the enrollment contract within seventy-two (72) hours (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed by the prospective student, shall be entitled to a full refund, subject to an enrollment or application fee, which shall not exceed $100.00.  However, in the event a student should enroll, in less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first scheduled class date, upon completion of the first hour of classroom attendance, the contract cancellation right becomes null and void and all amounts paid in excess of $100.00 shall be refundable on a pro rata basis.  Camp Real Estate School reserves the option in lieu of a return of funds, to offer the student credit to attend an alternate class of the same purpose (pre-license or continuing education) at a future day.  Whether to accept or reject said offering shall be the sole right of the student subject to the other terms or conditions set forth herein.

However, a reimbursement shall not be made if the student fails to notify the school as set forth herein, or simply fails to show up for the class.

Any student completing the first hour of attendance at any class offered by CRES shall be considered enrolled.  Certification of attendance shall only be given, however, to those students completing the entirety of the course according to schedule.

Cancellation Policy
In the event the school should find it necessary to cancel or re-schedule a class due to weather, facility problems, or low registration, the school shall offer the student the option of having their registration etc. moved to an alternate date or have a full refund of tuition paid. Such cancellation right shall remain the right of the school under such circumstances.
