Wayne Camp,
School Administrator, BSE, CRS, CRB, GRI, CDEI, GREEN®
Formerly a public school teacher, Wayne is
the founder and director of Camp Real Estate School in Mountain
Home. Wayne began his career in real estate in 1971 and has
varied experience in the field, including decades of experience
in residential real estate brokerage, rural land development,
and real estate education.
In addition to pre-license and post-license
classes, Wayne teaches real estate continuing education classes
statewide. He is a senior instructor for the Arkansas GRI
program and has taught several real estate courses for varied
entities including the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, Arkansas
Realtors® Association, Realtor® boards, banks, universities
and individual brokerage firms. He is a member of the Real
Estate Educators Association (REEA). Wayne served as a reviewer
for Dearborn Publishing for their 17th Edition textbook entitled “Modern
Real Estate Practice” and became author for the publisher
for both the first and second editions of the “Arkansas
Supplemental of Real Estate Basics.” |

Carolyn Camp, BA, MEd, MSMFT, CDEI
Carolyn Camp has formerly been a classroom
teacher as well as an Adjunct Supervisor of Harding University
with the responsibility of overseeing and counseling student
teachers and being the liaison between the University and
the cooperating public school systems. She likewise, has
taught for Arkansas State University. In addition to having
a Master Degree in Education, she also holds a Master Degree
in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University
with intern work being completed at Bridgeway Psychiatric
Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a Principal Broker,
Carolyn has had a real estate license since 1983 in Arkansas
and is a certified Distance Education Instructor. Additionally
Carolyn completed both her Bachelor and Master Degrees
in Education with a 4.0 GPA and was named in the Who's
Who of American Colleges and Universities. She was further
honored by Harding University as their "Outstanding
Student of the Year in Education." |

Mike MacKinder,
CRB, CRS, GRI
Mike MacKinder was named Realtor® of
the Year four times by his local board and has been active
in the real estate field since 1978. He has formerly been
a highly successful real estate sales manager both in Mountain
Home and additionally for Rainey Realty in Little Rock
as well as an Instructor in the Rainey School of Real Estate.
Currently, Mike is the business consultant for Century 21 International. In addition to having served three years
as a District Vice President for the Arkansas Realtor® Association,
he has chaired both Public Relations and under his leadership
led Arkansas Realtors® to accomplishing fund raising
in excess of $1,000,000 for Arkansas Special Olympics.
Mike's in-depth knowledge, hands-on experience and his
personal commitment to providing quality education have
produced many top producing agents in Arkansas. Students
will greatly benefit from his expertise and teaching style. |

Kyle Camp, Assistant Administrator, GRI, BBA, CDEI
Kyle Camp holds an Arkansas Brokers license
and has continued to work extensively on preparations,
student enrollments and scheduling for both classroom and
DLE classes. His consistency and continued commitment to
accuracy are well noted. Kyle holds a B.B.A. Degree in
Accounting from Freed-Hardeman University. Both his educational
accomplishments, as well as his personal commitment to
excellence has continued to be a tremendous asset to both
our students and school. |

Susan Oakes, Educational
Assistant
Susan Oakes is a native to the Baxter
County area and a graduate of Mountain Home High School.
Susan brings a background of tremendous experience to
the school. She was formerly employed in the Baxter County
Clerk's office where she was involved in the processing
of deeds, mortgage and other legal instruments involving
real estate. Likewise, her people skills are superb, having
been employed for eight years as resource manager for a local
industry. After 20 years with the company, she retired
from this position. She further accepted employment in
property management for a leading area developer and
property management firm. Her knowledge, people skills,
bookkeeping and accounting disciplines are tremendous
assets to the school and the students she assists. |
