Welcome to Camp Real Estate School! Congratulations on your decision to enhance your knowledge in the field of real estate.

 

 

Please note the following:

TO RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION!


The following MUST be completed and returned to the school in order to receive your certificate of completion.

 

  • Final Exams require a passing grade of 70% or higher for course credit.  These courses are engineered to "remember" where you left off so you can return to a given section at a later time.  Make sure you use the proper "exit" buttons in the course so that your course is bookmarked properly.  You will need to complete final exams in one sitting.
  • You must send a Student Affidavit to Camp Real Estate School. The Student Affidavit is a signed affidavit from you certifying that you have personally completed each assigned lesson of instruction. This form is required to be notarized. A blank Student Affidavit may be downloaded on the next page.
  • A Course Evaluation Form must be completed and returned to the school. A blank evaluation form may be downloaded on the next page.
  • A photocopy of your drivers license or other ID showing photo and signature must be submitted to the school as required by the State Board of Private Career Education.


    • There is no need to print out or send in your course results from the Internet. The school will access your course and check for completion directly from the internet. Students only need to submit the required paperwork listed above.


    You may send your documentation to the school in person, by mail, fax or e-mail. After we verify that you have completed all the course modules and returned the required materials as set forth above we will email you a "verification of completion". According to the new Arkansas Real Estate Commission system, evidence of your course completion will be electronically transmitted to the commission. Due to their changes to go "Green" (paperless) paper certificates of completion are no longer required. Students must still complete their online license renewal with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission at (http://www.state.ar.us/arec/).
