This course additionally offers a practical review of various provisions, clauses and legal intent found within several of the forms used by Arkansas agents. The student will also have the opportunity to learn of changes which have occurred to current pre-printed forms and the rational for such changes. Likewise a discussion will involve the new forms being offered for the first time this year, their purpose and how to use them to further reduce risk. Once this course has been taken, it would be good as an updated refresher course every year for anyone wishing to reduce the risk of having to visit the Courthouse and being addressed as "the respondent".

Registration ends 15 minutes prior to start of class, classes begin promptly. Due to the extra facility and labor costs involved, walk-ins will be charged $70 per class, if space permits. No shows can reschedule one time at an additional $10 per class if class is scheduled and taken prior to September 30th of the same year.
