This course will be in session a total of 7 days from 8:00AM to 5:30PM to equal the required 60 hours.

Classes will normally be in session Monday through Thursday the first week and again Monday through Wednesday of the following week.  You must attend the entire session to receive credit.  Price includes textbook and all supplemental materials and instruction.

Arkansas law requires a person to obtain sixty (60) hours of pre-license education prior to being approved to sit for the state exam to obtain a salesperson's licensee. The same course is also required to be repeated when one seeks to obtain a broker's licensee, if they have been licensed as a salesperson in excess of three (3) years.

The course is designed to cover the basics of the real estate industry from the aspects of consumer representation, legal instruments, environmental issues, property management, and many varied aspects or real estate ownership. The course not only provides the basics to help prepare sales and broker students to pass the state exams, but also includes the real world knowledge and experience of a classroom instructor with over 37 years of experience in the real estate field. While designed to help students pass the state exam, many students take the material for personal development and enhanced job opportunities. Abstractors, Attorneys, Banks, Surveyors, and government bodies all prefer job applicants who have real estate knowledge. Both classroom discussions and the answering of student questions, help assure both clarity and comprehension for the student.
